we found out that the angle sum goes up by 180 each time. You can check that by dividing the sum by the sides of shape and you get the Measure of each angle. For examplle : Angle sum is 1260°/9=140° the Measure of each angle :)
we found out that the pattern is + 180 for the angle sum & the angles get larger when you add a side to the polygon. then divide the angle sum by the number of sides.

ReplyDeleteEach time we add a side to a shape, the angle sum gets bigger by 180 degrees. Also, the interior angle gets bigger too.
